As the name might refer, the Heaven Theatre is situated on the top floor of the theatre complex. The first performance there took place in the year 1992, however, the hall itself, then called the Attic Theatre, was nothing but a tumbledown loft, partly filled with debris. In December 1999, the Heaven Theatre was reopened after radical renovations, equipped with new stage and lighting equipment. It was inaugurated with William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, directed by Elmo Nüganen.
